Are you confident that you’re reaching the right candidates? 

Some industries require wider networks and specialized sourcing. You need assurance that your efforts are actually going to bring in the relevant candidates, because if not, then it ends up being an unproductive use of time. 

Recognizing when outside hiring help makes sense 

Relying on hiring help isn’t a sign of failure on your part as a business. It just means your business is growing, or your hiring needs have become a bit more complex. And honestly, that deserves a pat on the back.
