Robotics Deployment Engineer

Location: Remote (must be based in Louisville, KY; Detroit, MI; Chicago, IL; Indianapolis, IN; or Cincinnati, OH)

Role Overview

We’re seeking a Robotics Deployment Engineer to lead on-site robot deployments and ensure systems go live smoothly. You’ll configure, test, and integrate our autonomous robots at customer sites and collaborate closely with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy autonomous robots, navigation, and fleet management systems.

• Set up and test hardware, software, and network components.

• Work with customers to refine workflows and ensure successful integration.

• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training.

• Monitor system performance and document issues for engineering teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (Industrial, Systems, Mechanical, Computer Science) or related field.

• Hands-on experience with mechanical and software diagnostic tools.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

• Able to travel 75-100%.

• Eligible to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

Preferred: Robotics or automation experience, Linux familiarity, warehouse operations background.
