Construction Manager – Data Center

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of on-site construction management for a hyperscale or colocation data center build.
- Coordinate with client representatives, general contractors, subcontractors, and design teams.
- Drive construction schedules, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Manage change orders, cost tracking, and progress reporting.
- Ensure alignment with critical MEP and commissioning milestones.
- Support project handover and commissioning phases to ensure seamless operational readiness.
Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience in construction management, including at least 5 years in mission critical / data center environments.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and critical infrastructure standards.
- Ability to manage complex project schedules and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Willingness to be on-site full-time in Texas.
