About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused ServiceNow Business Consultant to join our team in Switzerland. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong consulting skills, business process knowledge, and a solid understanding of ServiceNow capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to analyze business processes, identify requirements, and define ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals.
• Support workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews to shape solution design.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for ServiceNow implementations.
• Advise clients on ServiceNow best practices across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, or other relevant modules.
• Collaborate closely with technical consultants and developers to ensure accurate solution delivery.
• Support testing, training, and change management activities to enable smooth adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights on ServiceNow capabilities, roadmaps, and value realization.
• Contribute to presales activities, proposals, and presentations as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience as a Business Consultant, Functional Consultant, or similar role, preferably within ServiceNow or IT Service Management.
• Strong understanding of ITIL practices and service management processes.
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into functional design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English; German or French is a strong advantage.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, ITSM, or others) are highly desirable.
• Consulting background within Switzerland or DACH region preferred.
