Project Development Manager – Wind
Lead projects from site identification to construction readiness while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Your Role:
-
Develop project-specific acquisition strategies
-
Identify and secure potential project areas
-
Prepare and negotiate contracts and offers
-
Manage approval processes under the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG)
-
Coordinate with landowners, municipalities, citizens, and corporate bodies
What We’re Looking For:
-
Degree in Geography, Spatial Planning, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or similar
-
Experience in wind energy project development
-
Knowledge of BImSchG approval procedures
-
Structured, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial work approach
-
Excellent communication skills in German and Englis
