Senior HR Systems Data Analyst – Houston, TX (Hybrid)

We are currently partnered with a leading organization seeking an experienced Senior HR Systems Data Analyst to join their growing HR Systems team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to drive process improvements, ensure data integrity, and support enterprise HR technologies in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

The Role

As a Senior HR Systems Data Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing HR platforms, including iCIMS and ADP. You’ll work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to monitor workflows, troubleshoot issues, and deliver accurate data and insights that improve the employee and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for HRIS platforms (iCIMS | ADP WFN & WFM).

• Maintain workflows, system dashboards, and ensure data accuracy across platforms.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve system or data issues.

• Support enterprise applications through ticketing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.

• Coordinate system implementations, upgrades, and testing initiatives.

• Translate technical issues into clear, actionable communication for non-technical users.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, HR, or related field.

• 2-3 years’ hands-on experience supporting HRIS platforms (iCIMS, ADP preferred).

• Advanced Excel skills (including formulas and basic scripting); strong PowerPoint capabilities.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), APIs, webhooks, and automation protocols.

• Excellent communicator, able to bridge technical and non-technical discussions.
