Position: Senior SAP HR/US Payroll Functional Consultant
Location: Atlanta, GA or Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid from Day One)

We are seeking an exceptionally skilled SAP HR/US Payroll Functional Consultant to join a major airline client. This is a senior-level role requiring deep expertise in SAP Payroll for the US market, with a proven track record of over 15 years.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12+ years of hands-on SAP HR domain experience with exclusive focus on US Payroll

• Advanced expertise in SAP HR Payroll functional configuration

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with business users

• In-depth knowledge of US SAP Payroll processes and compliance requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Requirements Gathering:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture needs and define functional requirements

• Conduct process analysis, needs assessments, and cost/benefit evaluations to align solutions with business objectives

SAP Implementation & Configuration:

• Lead implementation, configuration, and testing of SAP HR Payroll modules

• Design and configure payroll solutions to meet complex client requirements

Project Leadership & Management:

• Oversee SAP implementation projects and ensure smooth delivery

• Develop and manage project plans, guiding team members to successful outcomes

Client Engagement & Troubleshooting:

• Serve as primary liaison between client teams and IT

• Analyze and resolve payroll-related software issues, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices

• Develop product modifications as required

Training & Knowledge Transfer:

• Deliver expert guidance and training to client teams

• Support smooth adoption and ongoing use of SAP solutions

Best Practices & Compliance:

• Adhere to organizational and industry best practices

• Ensure payroll processes remain compliant and optimized
