Position: Outside Sales Professional – Compressed Air
Location: Fort Worth, TX and Surrounding Areas

We are looking for a highly motivated Outside Sales Professional with a strong interest in industrial solutions to join our team. This role is focused on building relationships and driving sales of compressed air systems and related equipment to clients across manufacturing, commercial, and industrial sectors in the Fort Worth area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for compressed air systems, equipment, and service contracts

  • Manage and grow existing accounts by providing expert guidance and tailored solutions

  • Conduct on-site customer visits, needs assessments, and system evaluations

  • Prepare professional proposals, pricing quotes, and presentations for prospective clients

  • Work closely with our service and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction

  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities in CRM software

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest compressed air technologies, products, and industry trends

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of outside sales, account management, or business development experience (industrial or technical sales preferred)

  • Knowledge of compressed air systems, rotary screw compressors, or related equipment is highly desirable

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work independently and strategically plan sales growth in a defined territory

  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel across the Fort Worth area
