Project focus

• Plan, execute, and report on testing of CPE devices and services.
• Coordinate with project managers, tech teams, and vendors for CPE certification.
• Manage lab setup and testing for broadband CPEs, gateways, and extenders.
• Drive testing efficiency and improve network and device quality.

Key skills and Experience required

• 6+ years’ experience in manual testing, troubleshooting, and lab setup for CPE, networking, wireless, and voice services.
• Strong knowledge of DOCSIS, Fiber, Wi-Fi (5/6), device management, LAN/WAN, and IPv4/6.
• Hands-on with network test tools, traffic generators, and performance/stability testing.
• Solid track record in network troubleshooting.

Non-essential experience

• 3+ years’ experience in broadband CPE testing.
• Strong IP networking skills for setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of in-home devices.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.
• Basic scripting skills in Python for network/device automation
