Our client is an international company with an impressive history spanning 25 years in the Green Energy sector. Over the past five years they’ve scaled their Project Development activities and are hiring a Managing Director of Wind, to drive new Project Development in Germany.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience developing Wind farms within the German market. Fluent German language skills, and a Class B Driving License are mandatory requirements.
You will have support from Junior Project Developers, and lots of Autonomy to scale this part of the business.
This is a growth orientated company, where staff are offered ongoing training. The team are friendly and motivated, with flat hierarchies throughout the organization. Decisions are made fast, and every employee has a real opportunity to contribute to the energy transition.
