Role: ServiceNow ITOM Developer

Location: 100% Remote from Brazil

About:

• This global food processing business has 20k+ employees with ITSM already implemented, but are implementing ITOM/CMB to improve their IT Infrastructure and wider operations

Essential skills

• ITOM Discovery & Visibility – Strong project experience here
• ITSM – At least 3 x projects completed end to end
• Deep understanding of horizontal, agent-based, and cloud discovery techniques.
• Strong experience with discovery patterns (creation, customization, and troubleshooting).
• Knowledge of normalization processes and rules to ensure CMDB integrity.
• Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and Spokes.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and PowerShell scripting.
