Location: 100% Remote from Brazil

Length: 12 months
About:
- This global food processing business has 20k+ employees with ITSM already implemented, but are implementing ITOM/CMB to improve their IT Infrastructure and wider operations
Essential skills
- ITOM Discovery & Visibility – Strong project experience here
- ITSM – At least 3 x projects completed end to end
- Deep understanding of horizontal, agent-based, and cloud discovery techniques.
- Strong experience with discovery patterns (creation, customization, and troubleshooting).
- Knowledge of normalization processes and rules to ensure CMDB integrity.
- Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and Spokes.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and PowerShell scripting.
