Position: ServiceNow Consultant

Location: Remote-first (Germany-based), with occasional client site visits as needed

Language Requirements: Fluent German and English

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on effectively leveraging the ServiceNow platform to support and enhance their business processes.
• Design, develop, and implement tailored ServiceNow solutions that drive operational efficiency.
• Deliver client workshops and training sessions to enable full utilization of the platform’s capabilities.
• Support integration of ServiceNow into clients’ existing IT infrastructures.
• Analyze and optimize existing ServiceNow implementations to maximize value and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with ServiceNow, particularly across modules such as ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, and SAM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Background in IT or ServiceNow consulting, ideally with experience in large enterprise projects (not mandatory but preferred).
