ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are a rapidly growing medtech start-up based in Liège. We have developed a new generation of patient-specific, 3D-printed biomaterial bone grafts, on a mission to redefine the standard of care in bone grafting and patient-specific implants. Our solution is registered as a class 2b medical device under the MDR and has already been used in over 100 surgeries on human patients. Our team consists of passionate, highly driven individuals with diverse expertise, including PhDs and experience from leading life science companies, representing multiple nationalities and languages.
We are looking for a Strategic Sales Consultant to join our Liège office.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with the CEO and technical sales team to design and refine the sales strategy, leveraging deep market insights and industry trends.

Provide expert guidance throughout the entire sales cycle, supporting lead generation, qualification, and deal closure in partnership with clinical engineers and technical sales staff.

Advise on best practices for diligent lead follow-up and key account management (KAM), ensuring a consultative and relationship-driven approach.

Cultivate and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, acting as a trusted advisor to identify unmet needs and propose tailored solutions.

Work closely with the marketing agency to align sales and marketing initiatives, optimizing content and campaigns to drive targeted growth.

Continuously analyze market feedback and customer insights to inform product positioning, sales tactics, and go-to-market strategies.

Advise on the development of sales processes, playbooks, and reporting tools, and provide mentorship to internal teams and distributor partners as needed.

Support business development activities, including identifying new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience as a strategic sales consultant, business development consultant, or in a similar advisory role within a medtech or biotech startup or scale-up.

Demonstrated expertise in sales strategy, lead generation, and consultative selling in the healthcare sector.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.

Fluent in English and German or French; proficiency in any other European language is a strong plus.

Master’s degree in business, bioengineering, or medical field, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Passion for making a positive impact in healthcare and improving patient outcomes through innovative solutions.
