About the Role:
We’re seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Product Applications Specialist (IVD) to support a diverse and well-established diagnostic portfolio. This role focuses on providing technical expertise, training, and application support to both customers and the internal sales team.

You’ll play a key part in product demonstrations, troubleshooting, customer onboarding, and ensuring successful implementation of IVD solutions across Ireland. This is a customer-facing role with strong collaboration across sales, service, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert training and technical support for IVD solutions
• Support sales activities with product demonstrations and technical input
• Address customer queries and troubleshoot application issues
• Collaborate on exhibitions, tenders, and new product launches
• Stay up to date on market trends and new diagnostic technologies

Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or Life Science
• Strong experience in IVD (e.g., molecular diagnostics, blood transfusion)
• Solid understanding of lab standards (ISO15189, ISO17025)
• Comfortable with both independent and team-based work
• Full driving license required; occasional international travel may be needed
