We are supporting a newly secured project with a confidential client in the new energy sector, focused on the implementation and support of a proprietary billing system. This is a high-priority initiative requiring immediate onboarding of skilled professionals. The project is based in Sofia, Bulgaria, and requires local presence and fluency in Bulgarian.

Essential skills:

• PMP or equivalent certification
• Technical background with IT delivery experience
• Familiar with testing, data migration, and architecture planning
• Proven project leadership in energy sector or billing systems
• Excellent client communication in Bulgarian
• 5+ Years as an IT Project manager in above areas
