Senior / Lead Product Designer – Freelance – Zurich
Location: Zurich (Some onsite presence required)
Availability: 80% to 100%
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 6 months + extensions

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Product Designer to join their team in their Zurich office. This role requires a proactive, independent designer with excellent communication skills, strong UI craft, and the flexibility to work across multiple product areas.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support in design efforts across key fulfilment topics such as pickups and unified help strategies.
* Be of additional support to other teams within the group-supporting various projects and teams as needed.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, timely design solutions.
* Participate in onsite workshops at the Zurich office.

Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in a senior or lead product design role.
* Strong UI design skills with a fast-paced, high-craft mindset.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.
* Previous experience in FinTech, marketplace, or e-commerce environments.
* Fluent English speaker.
