About: This customer is deploying ITSM on a large scale. They require an experienced Project Manager to coordinate activities, oversee project tasks and create a project plan for execution.
Essential skills
- 5+ Years in ServiceNow as a Project Manager
- Must be certified within: CIS-ITSM, CSA, ITIL
- Must have very strong ITSM background
- Must be Spanish fluent & located in Madrid
- Proven project experience as a project manager for ITSM Transformations
