We are urgently a Senior Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) Manager to lead C&Q activities for small molecule API projects. This role ensures smooth execution, compliance, and successful system handover in a growth project environment (>50mCHF).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Level 2 & 3 C&Q schedules and maintain input for Level 4 schedule & cost reports.

Manage C&Q document preparation, execution, and resource allocation.

Oversee Factory (FAT) & Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and execute onsite C&Q test cases.

Ensure execution readiness, compliance, and adherence to Lonza’s safety & quality procedures.

Coordinate Performance Qualification (PQ) & engineering runs with operations.

Track progress, provide monthly reports, and support CFR/QFR completion & system handover.

Serve as SME during audits and inspections.

Oversee C&Q team training and technical support for Clean Utilities PQ & Environmental Monitoring PQ.

What We’re Looking For:

10+ years of C&Q management experience, preferably in large-scale projects (>50mCHF).

Expertise in Small Molecules & API production is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of C&Q processes, compliance, and quality standards.

Fluent in English & German (mandatory).

On-site presence required (4+ days/week during design, full-time during execution).
