Key Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams and oversee project delivery.
• Develop and execute CQV plans for facilities, utilities, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and EU standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, FAT/SAT, IQ, OQ, and PQ phases.
• Mentor and guide team members to success.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of CQV experience, with leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and validation lifecycle.
• Problem-solving mindset with exceptional communication skills.
• Degree in engineering, life sciences, or related fields.
