Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Fully Remote

Employment Type: Freelance Contract (12 Months)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and insights.

• Use statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in complex data sets.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.

• Perform ad-hoc analyses to support various business initiatives.

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation checks.

• Provide actionable insights to improve business performance and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.

• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

• Knowledge of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.

• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling.

• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
