Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Consultant with a strong specialization in Accounting and Finance processes to support our ongoing SAP S/4HANA implementation project. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of driving multiple project streams to ensure timely delivery of critical inputs. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, effective stakeholder communication, and in-depth expertise in SAP S/4HANA settings and customization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting and Finance Expertise: Provide strategic guidance on accounting processes within SAP S/4HANA, aligning with industry best practices and project objectives.
• Proactive Engagement: Ensure timely delivery by pushing other project streams to meet deadlines and deliver inputs.
• Effective Communication: Formulate and ask precise, insightful questions to gather essential details and clarify dependencies.
• Meeting Coordination: Organize and lead stakeholder meetings, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and efficient decision-making.
• Configuration Guidance: Advise on optimal Chart of Accounts settings to meet project requirements.
• System Review: Evaluate SAP S/4HANA system settings and customizations, recommending enhancements to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Hands-On Support: Provide hands-on assistance in configuring the Chart of Accounts, ensuring compliance with project standards and requirements.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly within accounting and finance modules.
• Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple project streams simultaneously.
• Proactivity: Demonstrated ability to proactively engage with teams and drive forward progress.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA configuration, with a focus on Chart of Accounts settings and customization.
• Process Expertise: Deep understanding of process flows and booking logic within SAP S/4HANA.
• Problem-Solving: Adept at identifying and addressing issues with practical, timely solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively across teams and stakeholders.
