Over the past five years, my journey as a recruitment professional across the European market has evolved significantly, with my focus now firmly centred on the European space industry. Working with Darwin Space, I specialise in connecting ambitious NewSpace and established space technology companies with highly skilled professionals across technical, engineering, commercial and leadership functions.

My current focus is working predominantly with companies operating across Earth Observation, Geospatial and Satellite Systems, supporting them with critical hires across their organisations. From technical and engineering functions through to commercial and operational teams, I help businesses identify and secure the specialist talent they need to build, scale and deliver their products and programmes.

With a deep understanding of highly specialised talent markets, my role goes beyond simply sourcing candidates. I work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements, business objectives and growth plans, using market knowledge and targeted talent mapping to identify and engage professionals who can genuinely add value to their organisation.

Alongside supporting companies, I have developed a strong network of specialist professionals across the European space ecosystem. This allows me to provide insight into the market from both sides, helping businesses understand talent availability, hiring challenges and market trends, while also providing candidates with guidance around opportunities, career development and the wider industry landscape.
