We’re looking for an experienced Senior UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping Consultant to join a growing Human Capital Consulting team and play a key role in delivering UKG WFM solutions for clients across the USA.

This is a role for someone who has been around the block with UKG implementations – someone who can step into a project, quickly understand what needs to be done, and get on with it.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced consulting environment, partnering directly with clients and taking ownership of your WFM workstreams from requirements through to implementation and delivery.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and deliver UKG Pro WFM / UKG Dimensions Timekeeping implementations
• Work closely with clients to understand their business, workforce and timekeeping requirements
• Translate business requirements into effective UKG WFM configurations and solutions
• Take ownership of implementation workstreams, deliverables and timelines
• Configure, test and troubleshoot UKG WFM functionality
• Support clients through testing, deployment, go-live and post-implementation activities
• Provide expert guidance and best-practice recommendations around WFM processes
• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams and other functional consultants
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted WFM advisor
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving consulting environment

While Timekeeping is the core focus, we’re particularly interested in consultants who have experience across the wider UKG WFM ecosystem.

Experience with areas such as:

• Activities
• Attendance / Leave
• Accruals
• Scheduling
• Advanced Scheduling
• Workforce Integration / Interfaces
• UKG Boomi
• UKG TeleStaff
• Other complementary UKG WFM solutions

would be highly advantageous.

You don’t need to be an expert in every area – we’re looking for well-rounded WFM consultants who understand how the different components of a UKG implementation fit together.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a seasoned consultant, not someone who needs to be shown the ropes.

You’ll ideally have:

• Extensive hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM
• Strong Timekeeping implementation and configuration experience
• A proven track record delivering WFM projects for clients
• Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment
• Strong knowledge of WFM processes, configuration and implementation best practices
• The confidence to work directly with clients and senior stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• A proactive, delivery-focused approach
