Technical / Functional Requirements

You need to be a genuine Rippling HCM specialist, rather than someone who has only worked in one area.

Ideally, your experience should be fairly balanced across:

• Rippling HR
• Rippling Payroll
• Rippling Reporting
• Broader HCM functionality
• Rippling architecture / architectural experience
• Complex implementations and/or optimisation work

You need enough technical depth to operate at an architectural / strategic level, rather than simply being a configuration-focused consultant.

Rippling’s own service-partner model covers implementation, optimisation, ongoing support, and complex customer challenges, which aligns closely with the type of consultant AYP is looking for.

We need someone who is:

Interview Process

There are 3 stages:

1. Initial interview with Nate
2. Practical assignment
3. Meeting with the Founder

Following a successful final stage, they will move to offer.

Compensation

€70-€90 per hour

• EU-based

• Rippling certified
• Strong Rippling HCM experience
• Experience across HR + Payroll + Reporting
• Architectural / strategic Rippling experience
• Strong communication and personality
• Available to move quickly
