Your Responsibilities

• Plan and execute renewable energy projects in collaboration with sales and project management teams.
• Design and support the installation of photovoltaic systems, battery storage solutions, EV charging infrastructure, heat pumps, and related electrical systems.
• Perform AC-side electrical installations and ensure compliance with current safety standards.
• Commission complete energy systems and integrate smart energy management technologies.
• Complete technical documentation, measurement protocols, and project acceptance records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, perform maintenance activities, and support system optimization.
• Provide technical expertise and contribute proactively to the successful delivery of projects and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Completed vocational training, apprenticeship, or qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installation, Energy & Building Technology, or a related field.
• Experience working with electrical systems, ideally within renewable energy, photovoltaics, or energy infrastructure projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and professionalism.
• A genuine interest in renewable energy technologies and sustainable solutions.
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop technical expertise in the fast-growing solar sector.
• Valid Class B driver’s license.

Key Requirements

Candidates must be based in Germany or have the ability to work permanently in Germany.

German language skills are essential. Only candidates with a minimum B2 to C1 level of German will be considered.

This is primarily an on-site position. Candidates must be willing to work from the Mannheim office 4-5 days per week.

These requirements are critical for success in the role and will be a key part of the selection process.
