We are currently looking for a senior profile to strengthen our Integrated Energy Systems (IES) team in Germany, and I would like to understand whether you have suitable candidates in your network.

We are specifically looking for a Senior Consultant / Project Lead – Integrated Energy Systems. This is not intended to be a pure engineering position; we need a seller-doer profile who combines strong technical knowledge with client-facing consulting, project leadership and commercial ownership.

Ideally, the candidate would have 7-10+ years of experience in areas such as district heating/Fernwärme, municipal heat planning (Wärmeplanung), large-scale heat pumps, thermal/seasonal storage, industrial heat and steam systems, CHP/gas turbine transformation, waste heat integration, and techno-economic assessment.

Experience with BEW and the German heat-transition market would be particularly valuable.

Key requirements are:

• Fluent German and professional English
• Strong knowledge of the German energy/heat market
• Proven client-facing and proposal-writing experience
• Ability to lead technical and techno-economic advisory projects
• Strong project and scope management skills
• Proactive business-development mindset and willingness to work closely with KAMs
• Ability to coach and develop junior consultants
