We’re supporting a well-funded AI startup building agentic products that automate everyday tasks and workflows.

They’re looking for an Applied AI Developer with hands-on experience turning LLM capabilities into reliable, useful products.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents that use tools, interact with external systems and complete tasks on behalf of users.

• Integrate LLMs, APIs and retrieval capabilities into product features.

• Develop and improve agent workflows, including context management and error handling.

• Evaluate outputs and improve accuracy, reliability, latency and cost.

• Work closely with engineering and product teams to take ideas from prototype to production.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building agentic AI applications or products.

• Strong software development skills in Python, TypeScript or a comparable language.

• Practical experience with LLM APIs, tool calling and workflow orchestration.

• Understanding of retrieval, prompt design and evaluation methods.

• Experience deploying AI features and improving their performance using real user feedback.

• Comfortable taking ownership and shipping quickly in a startup environment.
