Project focus

Joining a growing team delivering commissioning on high-profile commercial and large-scale infrastructure projects across London and Surrey, working independently to bring fire alarm systems up to full operational standard ahead of handover.

Key skills and Experience required

• Proven track record commissioning fire alarm systems on commercial or infrastructure projects
• Strong working knowledge of BS 5839 and current UK fire safety regulations
• Hands-on experience with one or more major panel manufacturers: Gent, Advanced, Kentec, Notifier, Morley, C-Tec or Apollo
• Confident fault-finding and diagnostic ability across fire detection and alarm systems
• Comfortable reading technical drawings and cause & effect documentation
• Strong communication skills, able to liaise directly with clients and project teams
• Full UK driving licence
• FIA qualifications, ECS or CSCS card, and experience on data centre, healthcare, education or industrial projects all advantageous
