Project focus

A growing building automation team across London has three openings for experienced technicians to take on post-commissioning service, maintenance, and optimisation of Building Management Systems across a portfolio of commercial and industrial sites.

Key skills and Experience required

• Proven experience as a BMS Service Technician, with a strong background in servicing, fault-finding, and maintaining Building Management Systems
• Hands-on experience with one or more BMS platforms: Tridium Niagara, Distech, Schneider EcoStruxure, Trend, or Delta Controls
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills, troubleshooting hardware, software, and control issues
• Confident carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service calls independently
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision across multiple client sites
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
