Overview
We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Field Service Technician to join a growing service team supporting customers across the Netherlands.
You’ll be responsible for commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting and maintaining a range of air handling and ventilation systems, while providing technical support and training to customers. This is a varied field-based position offering autonomy, ongoing technical development and long-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out the commissioning of HVAC and air handling equipment at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance, servicing and breakdown repairs across the full product range.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and identify effective technical solutions.
- Carry out retrofit and upgrade work on existing installations.
- Provide technical support to customers both on-site and remotely.
- Train and guide customers on the operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Prepare intervention reports following service visits.
- Plan and prepare service visits, ensuring the correct tools and spare parts are available.
- Maintain company tools, equipment and service vehicle to a high standard.
- Promote spare parts, upgrades and additional service solutions where appropriate.
Requirements
- Experience working as an HVAC Service Technician, Field Service Engineer or Commissioning Engineer.
- Experience commissioning, servicing and fault finding on HVAC or air handling equipment.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Able to analyse technical issues and determine practical solutions independently.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Organised, methodical and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel throughout Belgium, including occasional overnight stays.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of English is beneficial.
- F-Gas certification or refrigeration experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Knowledge of HVAC, ventilation systems, controls or automation is highly desirable.
