Payroll Analyst (Polish Payroll) (DRWN)

Job title – Payroll Analyst (Polish Payroll), Junior and Senior levels

Client Location – Poland (Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań, Łódź, Katowice, Gdańsk)

Remote work offering – Up to 100% remote possible

Client Industry – HRIS and payroll consulting

Contract Length – 6-12 months, with option to extend

Contract type – Employment via Employer of Record (EOR), not B2B

Project focus

Join a large payroll transformation programme for a Polish organisation. The work centres on reconciling historical payroll data, consolidating multiple legal entities and moving the business onto a single centralised payroll model. Start date is mid to late October 2026.

Key skills and Experience required

• Hands-on Polish payroll processing end to end (not HR administration only); 5+ years for the Senior level
• Solid working knowledge of Polish payroll law: ZUS, PIT (PIT-11, PIT-4R), NFZ, PPK, PFRON, ZFŚS and Kodeks Pracy
• Reconciling complex payroll data across multiple entities and building validation checks on payroll inputs and outputs
• Exposure to payroll transformation, integration or system migration projects
• Experience with payroll systems such as Płatnik, Symfonia, enova365, Comarch ERP Optima, Sage Kadry i Płace, SAP PY / SAP HCM, SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, Workday Payroll or ADP
• Comfortable working with HRIS, Finance and IT teams
• Fluent Polish and English
