Building Automation System Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a Building Automation System Specialist II to support the installation, testing, and servicing of building control systems. You will work on-site with project teams to ensure systems are operating efficiently and meet project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform sequence testing to verify system performance and compliance
• Conduct point-to-point verification and test system components
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues; recommend improvements
• Create and update system graphics, layouts, and dashboards
• Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and system adjustments
• Ensure proper installation of sensors and control components
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and project records
• Support team members and provide basic user or technician training

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (preferred)
• 2+ years of Building Automation Systems experience
• Working knowledge of mechanical/HVAC systems
• Familiarity with building systems and controls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
