Role Overview:
We are seeking a UKG Ready Implementation Specialist to join our backend division. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of UKG Ready and experience implementing payroll and HR solutions. This role requires someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is committed to client and team success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead UKG Ready implementations for new and existing clients.
- Configure, test, and deploy payroll and HR processes within the UKG Ready platform.
- Collaborate with payroll, HR, and client teams to ensure smooth system adoption.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions during the implementation process.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on UKG Ready best practices and functionalities.
- Support training for client and internal teams on system use and optimization.
- Contribute to the culture by promoting teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with UKG Ready implementation and payroll/HR systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build relationships across departments and with clients.
- Solution-oriented mindset and ability to navigate complex issues.
- Alignment with GreenLeaf culture: team player, open to feedback, collaborative, and proactive.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in payroll or HR solutions for highly regulated industries, such as cannabis.
- Familiarity with both internal and client-facing project management.
