As a Technical Warehouse Employee, you are responsible for ordering stock items and non-technical materials. You manage and receive (technical) materials and ensure their labeling. You also keep the technical warehouse organized, handle issuance, and ensure proper processing in SAP. You work within the Operational Logistics team and support their activities, including participating in the roster. In this position, you report to the Operational Logistics Supervisor.

• Documenting the receipt and issuance processes of technical materials, including repairs
• The correct storage of technical stock items
• Keeping the warehouses and outdoor area in order (e.g. housekeeping)
• In consultation with the Operational Logistics Supervisor, responsible for the optimal layout of the Technical Warehouse.
• Optimizing and aligning the processes that lead to good inventory management, given the costs and the desired service.
• Compliance with environmental, safety, and health regulations
• Keeping all logistics documents up to date
• Support with training new Logistics Operators
• Submitting improvement proposals and reporting bottlenecks/deviations in a timely manner
• Knowledge of the basic package (house rules, safety requirements and agreements, UPD, PGS, regulations and work instructions related to established activities)
