We are seeking an experienced Project & Construction Engineer to join a growing engineering team delivering industrial compressed air projects across the United States.

This role is responsible for managing projects from initial concept through construction, commissioning, and start-up. The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee contractors, manage customer relationships, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of industrial engineering and construction projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
• Lead engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up activities.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and customers.
• Monitor project costs, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
• Act as the primary customer contact throughout project execution.
• Support construction planning, logistics, contractor management, and site activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial engineering, project execution, construction management, commissioning, or start-up environments.
• Proven experience managing large industrial projects from design through commissioning.
• Strong project scheduling and planning experience using MS Project.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and customer relationships.
• Knowledge of construction safety management and industrial project controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP certification is advantageous but not required.
