About the Role

Join a leading industrial air compression provider serving the oil & gas and energy sectors. This field-based role focuses on growing business across the Permian Basin by developing new accounts, managing key relationships, and increasing market share.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development across oil & gas operators, EPCs, and industrial customers
• Conduct proactive prospecting through calls, emails, and site visits
• Build relationships with engineering, operations, and procurement teams
• Present technical air compression solutions and support project opportunities
• Maintain CRM activity and provide territory updates

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B technical sales experience (air compressors, rotating equipment, or related industrial products preferred)
• Experience selling into oil & gas operators or EPC contractors
• Strong prospecting and territory development skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout West Texas
• CRM proficiency

A motivated, hunter-style salesperson with strong relationship-building skills, commercial awareness, and experience operating in the Permian Basin or broader Texas energy market.
