SAP

  • 8+ years of SAP experience as an SAP implementation consultant including at least 3 years in the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module and having 3 to 5 EC Payroll implementations including Payroll Control Center (PCC).
  • End-to-end Payroll Control Center implementation including validations, KPI, analytics.
  • Certification in Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll is beneficial
  • Familiarity with migration/cloning tools such as SpinifexIT.
  • Experience implementing BSI Tax Profile Factory.
  • Other SuccessFactors module certifications would also be desirable but not required (Onboarding, LMS, etc.).
