We’re partnering with a leading US-based HR, financial services, and insurance organisation that supports over 100,000 employers and millions of individuals through integrated, tech-enabled workplace and wellbeing solutions.
With a strong reputation for its culture of care and its mission to help businesses and individuals achieve better outcomes in health, success, and financial security, the organisation continues to invest heavily in its people, platforms, and HR technology landscape.
Following a recent period of growth and acquisition activity, the HRIS function is now entering an exciting phase of development, with a focus on strengthening system capability and supporting future scalability.
The Opportunity
Due to continued expansion, the business is hiring two Senior UKG Ready professionals to take ownership of key areas within its HRIS environment.
These are strategic, system-ownership roles where you will act as a key link between HR operations, payroll, and internal business stakeholders, helping drive both stability and optimisation across core HR systems.
You’ll be joining a highly collaborative HRIS team responsible for multiple platforms, including Prism, iSolved, and UKG Ready, with a strong focus on Core HR and Payroll functionality.
What you’ll be doing

- Acting as a subject matter expert and escalation point for HRIS-related queries
- Supporting internal stakeholders and business users across a large, complex organisation
- Identifying system gaps and driving process and configuration improvements
- Managing user access, workflows, and system optimisation activities
- Partnering closely with HR, payroll, and internal client groups
- Supporting the evolution of a scalable, integrated HR technology ecosystem
About you
- Strong hands-on experience with UKG Ready (Core HR & Payroll preferred)
- Background in HR/payroll operations, ideally including tax submissions and PEO environments
- Experience transitioning from functional HR into more technical/system-focused roles
- Confident operating in both functional and systems-focused capacities
- Able to deliver impact quickly within the first 90 days
- Degree preferred (no certifications required)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, adaptable approach
- Comfortable working in a close-knit, fast-paced environment
Other details
- Fully remote, with occasional travel required
- Salary: $115,000 – $125,000
- Interview process:
- First stage – Cultural & technical interview
- Second stage – Panel interview with internal stakeholders
- Final stage – Senior leadership interview
