Senior HRIS Consultant (UKG Ready)

Overview
A growing HR technology consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior HRIS Consultant with deep expertise in UKG Ready to support implementations, optimisation, and ongoing system enhancements across a diverse client base.
This role is suited to a hands-on functional specialist who can lead client engagements, provide strategic guidance, and deliver high-quality workforce management and HRIS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations of HRIS solutions, including discovery, configuration, testing, and go-live
- Act as a subject matter expert across core HR, payroll, time and attendance, and talent modules where applicable
- Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations
- Provide best practice recommendations to improve HR processes, workflows, and system utilisation
- Support data migration, integrations, and system configuration activities
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during and after implementation
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing initiatives
Required Experience
- Proven experience implementing and configuring UKG Ready
- Strong functional knowledge of HRIS processes, particularly payroll and time management
- Experience working in a client-facing consulting or advisory environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with integrations and data migration tools
- Familiarity with related workforce management platforms such as UKG Pro
- Background in HR technology, workforce management, or HRIS consulting
- Relevant platform certifications (preferred)
