Project Focus

Our client, a leading SAP Consulting Partner, is looking for an SAP CX Consultant to support a range of digital transformation projects across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Commerce Cloud.
You’ll play a key role in analyzing customer requirements, developing tailored CX solutions, and leading workshops and training sessions. The project portfolio includes innovative work around machine learning, IoT, and SAP Customer Data Platforms, giving you the chance to work on some of the most exciting SAP initiatives in the market.

Key Skills and Experience Required

• Proven experience in analyzing, implementing, and customizing SAP Customer Experience solutions (Sales / Service / Marketing / Commerce Cloud, Emarsys, Qualtrics, Customer Data Cloud / Platform)
• Strong programming knowledge in ABSL, ABAP, or JavaScript
• Hands-on experience in system integration (SAP PI, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, or Web Services)
• Fluency in German and English is essential
