Role: UKG WFM Consultant

Length: 12 months
About: This is a global retail business with a mature HRIS Environment. As part of a long term transformation, they’re migration to UKG WFM from Kronos. They’re looking for a Senior UKG WFM to oversee the functional side, gather requirements, translate these, face off with HR stakeholders and ensure the implementation goes smoothly
Essential skills
- US Citizen and able to C2C/1099 on short notice
- Based in the US Currently, or in LATAM with strong experience working for US Projects
- 10+ Years in HRIS Consulting, 5+ in UKG/Kronos
- At least 3 x end to end Kronos->UKG Migrations completed
- Certified in UKG
