Project focus
A global professional services organisation is strengthening the analytics and reporting capability behind its talent acquisition function. The consultant will own recruitment reporting end to end, building and refining Tableau dashboards that give hiring leaders and executives a clear view of pipeline, performance and hiring demand across multiple regions.
Alongside the reporting work, the role carries a strategy and transformation remit: identifying where recruitment processes and technology can be improved, building the data case for those changes, and introducing AI-enabled analytics use cases into day to day recruitment operations. Expect close partnership with recruitment technology teams, global TA leads and senior stakeholders, with executive-ready insight and recommendations as the main output.
Key skills and Experience required
- Extensive experience in global recruitment analytics, talent intelligence or recruitment strategy
- Advanced Tableau skills, including designing, building and maintaining dashboards and reporting solutions from scratch
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, turning complex data sets into clear, actionable business insight
- Hands-on use of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for data analysis, executive presentations and strategic reporting
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, with iCIMS strongly preferred
- Track record partnering with recruitment technology teams to improve systems, processes and user experience
- Proven delivery of recruitment transformation programmes or cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Experience operating across global, multicultural organisations
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Desirable: recruitment operations within professional services or consulting, global recruitment reporting and workforce planning, and executive-level data storytelling
