Darwin Space are currently hiring for a Technical Program Manager on behalf of a business in Luxembourg.

Responsibilities

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different programs.

* Support proposal development, contract deliverables, and customer engagements.

* Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and resource plans.

* Monitor progress and proactively identify schedule, budget, and technical risks.

* Drive issue resolution and facilitate decision-making across teams.

* Organize and lead project reviews, status meetings, and milestone assessments.

* Ensure alignment between technical execution and business objectives.

* Support leadership in prioritizing initiatives and allocating resources.

* Communicate program status, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership.

* Coordinate activities with external partners, suppliers, government agencies, and customers.

* Prepare presentations, reports, and program documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

* Support configuration management and project documentation processes.

* Help build scalable project management practices suitable for a growing organization.

* Contribute to the development of company processes as the organization scales.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or related field.

* 7+ years of experience in project, program, or product management.

* Proven experience managing technical/engineering space projects.

* Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

* Excellent organizational and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.

* Proven experience working with cross-functional teams.

* Comfortable operating in a startup environment

* Self-motivated, focused, and driven to meet critical deadlines

* Ability and desire to relocate to Luxembourg
