Join a growing company looking for an experienced IT Manager to take ownership of its IT environment and lead the continued development of its digital workplace, infrastructure, security, and business applications.

This is a hands-on role combining technical responsibility with the opportunity to shape IT strategy and improve how the wider business operates.

The Role

You will own the company’s IT infrastructure and roadmap while working closely with business teams to improve processes, security, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and develop the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and IT roadmap.

• Manage Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, including permissions and document management.

• Build business process automation using Power Automate, Microsoft Lists, and Forms.

• Support and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other business applications.

• Manage networks, servers, endpoints, and IT equipment.

• Drive improvements in IT security, access management, and GDPR compliance.

• Coordinate external IT providers, vendors, and service partners.

• Advise the COO and wider business on technology, risks, and IT investments.

Your Profile

• 5+ years’ IT experience, ideally with broad ownership of IT systems and applications.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Automate.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Solid understanding of infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and access management.

• PowerShell, JavaScript, HTML, or CSS knowledge is advantageous.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Pragmatic, hands-on approach with strong business awareness.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into effective IT solutions.

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
