The Role:
We are hiring a Safety Manager for a 12-month project. This
position will oversee all EHS functions on site, working independently to support safe
operations across all trades.
Responsibilities:
* Manage site safety independently and act as Liberty’s on-site safety authority.
* Conduct regular inspections, training sessions, and audits.
* Review subcontractor safety plans and verify compliance.
* Lead pre-construction safety meetings.
* Maintain safety documentation and ensure timely reporting.
* Support project leadership in fostering a strong safety culture.
Qualifications:
* 5-10 years of construction safety experience.
* OSHA 30-hour certification required.
* Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety or Construction Management preferred.
* Self-starter with strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage all safety aspects without daily oversight.
