Job Title: Lead BMS Technician

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead BMS Technician to oversee installation, commissioning, and support of Building Management Systems across commercial projects in Oklahoma. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising technicians, ensuring quality delivery, and supporting commissioning and project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on-site installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of BMS systems
- Supervise and support technicians and subcontractors on project sites
- Perform point-to-point checks, functional testing, and system validation
- Interpret drawings, control schematics, and sequences of operation
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification
- Provide technical guidance and support during commissioning and handover
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior or Lead BMS / Controls Technician
- Strong hands-on experience with BMS platforms (Siemens, JCI, Trane, Honeywell, Schneider, Niagara/Tridium)
- Excellent troubleshooting and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and control devices
- Ability to lead teams and work independently on-site
- Relevant technical certifications or training preferred
