UKG Pro WFM Consultant – Pay & Accruals

Location: Fully Remote – USA

We are currently partnering with a growing UKG consultancy to identify an experienced UKG Pro WFM Consultant for a long-term client engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) and/or UKG Pro WFM, with hands-on experience configuring Pay and Accruals. Experience working across US and Canadian environments is highly desirable, while candidates with global configuration experience will also be considered.

The Role

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to configure, optimise and support UKG Pro WFM solutions, with a particular focus on Pay and Accruals.

You will be responsible for understanding business requirements and translating them into effective UKG configurations, while providing guidance and expertise throughout the implementation and optimisation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support UKG Pro WFM, with a strong focus on Pay and Accruals
• Configure pay rules and pay-related functionality at a global level
• Support configuration across US and Canadian payroll environments
• Analyse client requirements and translate them into UKG WFM configurations
• Troubleshoot complex configuration and functional issues
• Work with stakeholders to understand workforce management requirements
• Provide recommendations and best-practice guidance around UKG Pro WFM
• Support testing, implementation and system optimisation
• Document configurations and provide knowledge transfer where required
• Work collaboratively with project teams, clients and other UKG consultants

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM
• Previous experience working with Kronos Workforce Central (WFC)
• Strong Pay and Accruals configuration experience
• Experience configuring Pay Rules
• Experience configuring UKG WFM at a global level, or across multiple countries
• Strong experience working with US and/or Canadian workforce environments
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical/functional UKG configurations
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment

Desirable Experience

• Experience with both Kronos WFC and UKG Pro WFM
• Canadian WFM/pay configuration experience
• Global UKG WFM implementations
• Experience working within a consultancy environment
• Experience with complex Pay Rules, Accruals and workforce policies
• UKG Pro WFM implementation or optimisation experience
