We’re looking for an experienced Rippling HCM Consultant to join a fast-growing consulting environment supporting complex HCM implementations and optimisation projects.

This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates based in South America.

The Role

We’re looking for a genuine Rippling HCM specialist with broad platform expertise – not someone focused on just one area of Rippling.

You’ll work across complex customer requirements, implementations and optimisation initiatives, operating at both a functional and strategic/architectural level.

Key Requirements

• 5-6+ years of relevant HCM / HR technology experience

• Strong, hands-on Rippling experience

• Rippling certified

• Strong experience across:

  • Rippling HR

  • Rippling Payroll

  • Rippling Reporting

  • Broader HCM functionality

• Experience with Rippling architecture / solution architecture

• Experience delivering complex implementations and/or optimisation projects

• Able to operate at a strategic and architectural level, rather than purely configuration-focused

• Strong understanding of HCM processes and how different Rippling modules work together

Rate: $45-$55 per hour
