These are skills that support my ability to identify and place top engineering talent within the U.S. market. I focus on candidates who are detail-oriented, hardworking, and committed to excellence.

My interest in the Space sector is driven not only by the innovation within the industry but also by a genuine passion for the science behind it. Previously, I worked in the private sector, specialising in temporary staffing. During that time, I developed a strong track record of helping candidates move from limited opportunities to becoming highly requested professionals with consistent bookings.

My goal is to create long-lasting, meaningful connections between companies and candidates, delivering value on both sides. I look forward to supporting the growth of the Space division and building strong partnerships along the way.
